This thing rules- TINY. Put Rockbox on it and you’ll never look back! Tough to find the 8 GB version in stores- they seem to max out at 4 GB. I have a conspiracy theory as to why but I won’t share it here.

If you followed the evolution of digital cameras at least once every couple of months, you probably noticed that the price is going down almost as fast as new features show up. If you compare the digital cameras that were considered professional a few years ago with the consumer level cameras that exist now, you will see that the present ones are just as good or even better. That doesn’t mean you can’t end up paying hundreds or thousands of dollars, so you should do your homework before you go buy one. You should take the 3 tips below into consideration when you go buy a camera.

Yamaha MCR-E810SL DVD Mini System Review

One reviewer compared the quality of the speakers to NS-10s (studio caliber playback monitors). They’re pretty close. I’m thoroughly happy with this system. Don’t kid yourself, though, in that if your room is of decent size, you really do need to add a subwoofer. Just make sure the sub you get isn’t too powerful for the system. I recommend the Yamaha SW216. I figured I had Yamaha components, so I might as well get a Yamaha subwoofer as well. It’s a total of 100 watts, which makes sense in compatibility because the E810SL is 65 watts per channel (130 total), and I never turn the sub up more than a 1/3rd of the way to get my added bass. It’s not “boomy” but just accentuates and delivers the lows as it should. I got it online at amazon for .00 from JR Computer World or something like that.

Dual LHT1000B 6-Piece Home Theater Speaker System, Black Review

Not wanting to be without surround where ever I went, I wanted to get a system for my mother’s house. Small size was very important so my options were limmited. I saw this system for and thought it would be worth a try.
I was rather surprised by the bulk and solid construction of the satelites. I was expecting a plasticy glued together feel, but was quite pleased just upon opening the box. The satelites are about the size of the small version Bose satelite speakers, so the size was right. The sub was shockingly small being a little bigger than a shoebox (it looked bigger to me in the picture).

There are so many more buying options in stereo receivers today than ever before. This is largely due to the fact that we now have many more components to hook up to the receiver. Here’s how to find one that will do everything and give you the best listening experience possible.
The sounds you get from receivers today completely blow the receivers from the past out of the water. Most of the receivers you can choose from today are going to offer surround sound and digital true surround as an option. This means that the sound is more realistic and life like than the monophonic options of yesteryear.

Garmin Custom Caps for Zumo GPS Units, Racing Stripes (010-10858-00) Review

I bought these caps to help match my Zumo to my custom paint job on my bike. I went on a company sponsored bike ride with about 100 or so bikes and the first thing most noticed about the Zumo was the custom caps. They are the same quality as the origional and snap to install. All in all a great product.
